This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the logla.net website and apply to the Logla Alpha Test, for what purposes and legal grounds we process it, to whom it may be transferred, how long it is retained, and your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable data protection legislation.
Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Logla as the data controller. Logla operates the promotional website provided at the logla.net domain and the Logla Alpha Test application process.
You can send all privacy and data processing requests to info@logla.net.
Personal data we process
Through the application form: your email address (required) and, optionally, the explanation you provide for "Why do you want to be part of Logla Alpha?" along with your application language.
As technical and security records: your IP address, the date and time of submission, browser/device information and records aimed at preventing misuse of the form.
Unless you create an account on the site, we do not collect data that directly reveals your identity, such as your name, surname, phone number or address.
Purposes of processing
To receive, evaluate and finalise your Alpha Test application;
To send your invitation and notifications by email if you are selected;
To ensure the security of the site and to detect and prevent spam, bots and misuse;
To comply with legal obligations and fulfil our duties before competent authorities;
In the future, and only with your separate explicit consent, to send announcements and information about Logla products and services.
Legal grounds for processing
Personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds of your explicit consent, it being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.
You may withdraw the explicit consent you gave via the checkbox in the application form at any time by contacting info@logla.net; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before that date.
Transfer of personal data
Your personal data is not sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes with third parties without your explicit consent.
Data may be processed through the hosting and email service providers we use to deliver email, and only to the extent required by the service.
Data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and organisations, and to authorities legally entitled to request information, in the cases and to the extent provided by law.
Data is generally hosted in Türkiye. If a situation requiring transfer abroad arises, we act in accordance with the relevant provisions of the KVKK and obtain your separate explicit consent where necessary.
Retention period
Your application data is retained for the period necessary to evaluate the application and conduct the Alpha Test process, taking into account the maximum periods set out in applicable legislation.
At the end of the retention period, or when the purpose of processing ceases, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Data security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative security measures appropriate to the nature of the data in order to prevent unlawful processing, access, and loss of personal data.
No transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure; however, we take reasonable industry-accepted measures to protect your data.
Children's data
The site and the Alpha Test application are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If a user under 18 applies, the consent of their legal representative (parent/guardian) is required.
If we become aware that data belonging to a user under 18 has been processed without legal representative consent, we will delete that data.
Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it if processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK, to request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result arising against you solely through automated analysis, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
To exercise your rights, you can send your requests to info@logla.net. Applications are concluded free of charge within the periods stipulated by legislation.
