Your personal data is processed by Logla as the data controller. Logla operates the logla.net site and the Logla Alpha Test application process.

Identity and contact data: the email address you provide in the application form.

Application data: the optional explanation you write and the application language.

Transaction security data: IP address, date and time of submission, browser/device information and technical records aimed at preventing misuse.

To receive, evaluate and finalise your Alpha Test application,

To send your invitation and notifications by email if you are selected,

To ensure the security of the site and to detect and prevent spam and misuse,

To comply with legal obligations and fulfil responsibilities before competent authorities,

To make announcements and notifications in the future, subject to obtaining your separate explicit consent.

Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means through the application form on the site.

Data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds of your explicit consent, it being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.

You may withdraw the explicit consent you gave via the checkbox in the application form at any time by contacting info@logla.net.

Your personal data is not sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes with third parties without your explicit consent.

Data may be processed through the hosting and email service providers we use to deliver email, and only to the extent required by the service.

Data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and organisations, and to authorities legally entitled to request information, in the cases and to the extent provided by law.

Data is generally hosted in Türkiye. If a situation requiring transfer abroad arises, we act in accordance with the relevant provisions of the KVKK and obtain your separate explicit consent where necessary.

Your application data is retained for the period necessary to evaluate the application and conduct the Alpha Test process, taking into account the maximum periods set out in applicable legislation.

When the purpose of processing ceases or the retention period expires, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

To learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it if processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,

To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, and to request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

To request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK, and to request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,

To object to a result arising against you solely through automated analysis, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Applications are concluded free of charge within the periods stipulated by the KVKK and applicable legislation. Additional information or documents may be requested depending on the nature of your request.
